2.2 Custom Orders
If you request a custom order or personalization, please be aware that we will follow the instructions you provide. We do not accept responsibility for mistakes in customization (e.g., misspellings, wrong colours, or incorrect design choices) after you have approved the final details.
3.1 Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in pound sterling and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
3.2 Payment

4.3 Liability After Shipping
Once your item has been shipped, Still Here Everyday is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during transit. We provide tracking information for you to monitor your parcel’s progress. In the case of any delivery issues, please contact the courier service directly using the tracking number provided. We will assist as much as possible, but responsibility for the delivery process lies with the courier.
5.1 No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the bespoke and personalized nature of our products, Still Here Everyday does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please ensure that all customizations are accurate before completing your purchase.
5.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a repair, replacement, or other solution where applicable.
6.1 Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you discover a defect in materials or craftsmanship, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and, if the issue is due to a manufacturing fault, we will offer a repair or replacement.
